Use of WindSage
WindSage provides informational wind, forecast, tide, water-condition, and location guidance for planning. You are responsible for deciding whether conditions are safe for your skill, equipment, location, and local rules.
No safety guarantee
WindSage does not guarantee that forecasts, observations, recommendations, notifications, or location information are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any specific activity.
Subscriptions and paid features
If WindSage offers subscriptions or paid features, purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling will follow the terms shown in the App Store purchase flow and Apple account settings.
Sponsor content
WindSage may display sponsor cards. Sponsored content should be clearly labeled and does not change the requirement that riders verify conditions and local rules independently.
